Product Description

This industrial steam generator is a high-efficiency, energy-saving heating and power equipment designed for diverse industrial scenarios, integrating advanced technology and reliable performance to meet the strict demands of modern production lines.
 
As a core thermal energy supply device, it adopts a vertical/horizontal structure (customizable) to maximize space utilization and adapt to different workshop layouts. The generator features a full automatic control system that realizes intelligent operation from water feeding, heating, pressure regulation to steam output—no manual on-site monitoring is required, which greatly reduces labor costs and operational risks.

Equipped with a high-quality heating element, the generator achieves rapid steam generation within 3–5 minutes, with a thermal efficiency of up to 98%. Its rated working pressure ranges from 0.4MPa to 1.6MPa, and the steam output can be customized from 0.05t/h to 10t/h to match the needs of small-scale processing to large-scale production. The inner tank is made of stainless steel 304/316L, which boasts excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, extending the service life of the equipment to over 10 years.
 
Safety is a top priority for this product. It is fitted with multiple protection systems, including overpressure protection, dry-burning protection, over-temperature protection, and power-off protection, ensuring stable and safe operation even under long-term continuous working conditions. In addition, the generator supports multiple fuel options, such as electric heating, natural gas, diesel, and biomass, making it flexible to adapt to different energy supply environments.
