Pailien hydraulic ring groove rivet machine is a new type of riveting equipment, also known as ring groove pressure riveting machine, ring groove riveting machine, ring groove pull riveting machine, hydraulic riveting machine, etc. It is developed according to the principle of cold riveting. This riveting machine equipment is mainly used for vibrating screens, mining equipment, bridge machinery, vibration equipment, railway vehicles, boilers, etc. Ring groove rivets are different from traditional nuts and bolts that use torque to rotate to generate fastening forces. Ring groove rivets use the principle of Hooke's law. Under the action of unidirectional tension, the rivet gun stretches the bolt rod and pushes the collar, squeezing the smooth inner collar into the screw groove to form a 100% combination of the collar and the bolt, generating permanent fastening force. This complete riveting process generally only takes 5-8 seconds.
