Our loader-mounted tree shaker is a high-efficiency agricultural harvesting machine designed for orchard operations, integrating a 4WD wheel loader chassis, telescopic hydraulic boom, and high-frequency vibration clamping jaw. It clamps the tree trunk and generates mechanical vibration to shake off mature fruits, completely replacing manual climbing and picking, and greatly improving harvesting efficiency.
 
This machine is suitable for harvesting various nuts and dried fruits such as walnuts, pecans, dates, olives, and almonds. The vibration frequency and force can be adjusted flexibly, ensuring a high harvest rate while minimizing damage to tree trunks and branches, without affecting the next year's fruit yield. Equipped with a 4WD chassis and flexible boom, it can easily adapt to various orchard terrains including plains, mountains, and hills. The working efficiency of a single machine is more than 10 times that of manual labor, effectively reducing labor costs, making it a core harvesting equipment for large-scale orchards.
