Product introduction of Pailien brand sludge solidification mixer
Soft soil in-situ solidification/repair technology is a new construction scheme that uses soil solidification/repairing agents to directly act on soft soil (sludge, silt, tidal flats, swamps, etc.) to solidify and repair soft soil in situ to form a composite stable and good soil base. This technology is based on environmental protection and energy saving. Through the perfect coordination of powerful mixing heads, excavators, intelligent proportioning workbenches, storage equipment and control systems, it can achieve in-situ solidification and soil repair.
Equipment reference: This system consists of a storage bin, an intelligent proportioning workbench and a mixing head. It is equipped with large and medium-sized excavators to transport the soil solidifier directly to the soft soil that needs to be solidified, and evenly mix and stir to form a semi-rigid stabilized soil material. Soil solidifiers usually use cement, lime, fly ash, gypsum, steel slag, etc. as the main raw materials. After compounding with other ingredients to produce a superposition effect, they can be directly mixed with foundation soil particles at room temperature to enhance soil strength and reduce soil permeability. They are low-carbon, environmentally friendly, efficient, economical, and direct substitute.
