A Drilling & Splitting Integrated Machine (often excavator-mounted for versatility) is a specialized engineering tool that combines two core functions—rock/ concrete drilling and mechanical splitting—into a single, efficient system. It is widely used in mining, quarrying, building demolition, and infrastructure projects, especially for breaking hard materials (e.g., granite, basalt, reinforced concrete) without relying on explosives.

Typically designed as an attachment for excavators, it leverages the host machine's stable chassis, hydraulic power, and maneuverability. The integrated system consists of two key components:

Drilling Unit: Equipped with a high-torque, hydraulic-driven drill (and tungsten carbide bits), it first bores precise holes into the target material (with adjustable depth and diameter based on project needs).
Splitting Unit: After drilling, a wedge-and-chisel assembly is inserted into the hole. High-pressure hydraulic force drives the wedge to expand the hole from the inside, generating controlled, powerful splitting force that fractures the material cleanly—avoiding the vibration, noise, or flying debris of traditional methods like jackhammers or blasting.
