Equipment structure introduction

1. Riveting pliers
The rivet pliers body and hydraulic cylinder are used to fix the nut and connect them into one body. A detachable handle extends from the bottom of the cylinder. The rivet head I is installed in the end hole of the hydraulic cylinder plunger and moves back and forth with the plunger. The rivet head II is fixed in the other end hole of the rivet pliers body.
2. Hydraulic control system:
The hydraulic control system (pump station) is on one side of the rivet pliers. The entire system is driven by a motor to input pressure oil from a high-pressure oil pump, which enters the hydraulic cylinder through a relief valve, solenoid reversing valve, pressure gauge, high-pressure oil pipe, etc., so that the plunger can move back and forth.
