Product Description

    An excavator crusher bucket is a hydraulically driven attachment designed to mount onto excavators, enabling on-site crushing of construction materials, rocks, and demolition waste. It integrates the material-handling function of a standard bucket with the powerful crushing capability of a jaw crusher, transforming an excavator into a mobile, multi-purpose processing machine. 
    Powered by the excavator's hydraulic system, a high-torque motor drives an eccentric shaft, creating a reciprocating motion of the movable jaw. Materials are fed into the wedge-shaped crushing chamber and are repeatedly compressed, crushed, and ground between the fixed jaw and the oscillating movable jaw until they are small enough to pass through the adjustable discharge gap, which controls the final output size. A reverse function is available to clear blockages.
On-Site Efficiency: Processes materials directly at the job site, eliminating costly transportation and disposal fees.
Adjustable Output: The discharge gap can be easily adjusted to produce material sizes typically ranging from 20mm to 120mm, suitable for backfill, road base, and recycling.
