RC powder drill (Reverse Circulation Drill) is an efficient rock and soil sampling drilling equipment. It adopts compressed air reverse circulation technology to quickly transport rock cuttings (powdered samples) to the surface through the high-speed airflow inside the drill pipe. It is widely used in mineral exploration, geological survey, engineering survey and other fields.
Reverse circulation system: High-pressure air is injected through the external annulus of the double-wall drill pipe, carrying rock cuttings powder from the bottom of the drill bit and returning to the surface through the inner tube.
Sample collection: Rock cuttings are collected through cyclone separators or sample boxes to ensure no pollution and high recovery rate (up to more than 95%).
Efficient rock crushing: With hammer or rotary drill bits (such as diamond drill bits), it can penetrate complex formations such as hard rock and gravel layers.
