2. Working Principle

1. Primary Screening - Slurry passes through a shale shaker to remove large solids (>74μm).

2. Hydrocyclone Separation - Fine particles (15-75μm) are separated via centrifugal force.

3. Centrifugal Dewatering - A decanting centrifuge further reduces moisture in solids.

4. Discharge - Cleaned fluid is recycled, while dried solids are transported via screw conveyor.
