Packing & Delivery

1. Vacuum suction cup system
It is composed of multiple high-strength rubber or silicone suction cups, which generate negative pressure through a vacuum pump and firmly adsorb the glass surface.
The suction cup is usually designed with a buffer to prevent the glass from being broken due to excessive local stress.
Equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge and a safety valve, it automatically alarms when the adsorption force is insufficient.
2. Vehicle structure
Chassis: with universal wheels or crawler design, suitable for different ground surfaces (such as construction sites and workshops).
Lifting mechanism: hydraulic or electric height adjustment to facilitate vertical transportation and alignment installation of glass.
Flip function (some models): the glass angle can be adjusted to achieve horizontal or vertical state switching.
3. Control system
