Introduction to the Vibratory Rammer of the Palien Excavator
The vibratory rammer of the excavator consists of a hydraulic motor, an eccentric mechanism, and a rammer plate. The hydraulic rammer uses a hydraulic motor to drive the eccentric mechanism to rotate. The vibration generated by the rotation acts on the material to be rammed through the rammer plate to make it dense. The hydraulic rammer has the characteristics of light weight, easy and flexible operation, and good tamping effect. It is mainly used for tamping of slope surfaces (dams, etc.) and tamping of building foundation projects. The hydraulic rammer is very quick to install, far better than a hand-push rammer, and in many occasions where a hand-push rammer cannot work, such as deep ditches or steep slopes, the hydraulic rammer can complete the operation without fear of danger. In some ditch operations, if the conditions limit the operation to only one side, the hydraulic rammer can also be installed perpendicular to the dipper arm to meet the needs
Features of excavator vibration tamping:
Environmental protection: Full hydraulic drive achieves low noise operation and does not affect the surrounding environment during construction
Versatility: Diversified power sources, can be equipped with excavators of various brands and models according to site conditions to truly achieve product versatility and economy, meet the requirements of multi-terrain construction operations
Safety: Construction personnel do not touch the construction, adapt to the requirements of safe construction in complex terrain
